My friend Stefanie is selling PartyLite and she talked me into having a party. So I did and I am so glad that I did. The party was a hit and I got all kinds of cool stuff. St. Joseph Trip

Matt and I headed to St. Joseph, MO this weekend. We went to watch the basketball teams that he used to coach at his previous school. We stayed at the Museum Hill Bed and Breakfast. It was great. Here is a link to the site if you ever get to the area and need a place to stay. http://www.museumhill.com/ We stayed in the St Joesph Room. It was so cozy. The people there were so nice. The breakfast so YUMMY.

When we woke up Saturday morning, there was 6 inches of snow. So we ate, packed up and headed the route home. Our plan was to stop at a few little towns on the way, do some sightseeing and then eat dinner at the Pear Tree.

Well we finally got some good snow so Matt could pull out the Cubs.

The Celine concert is coming up on Feb 4. I cant wait. The first concert she had scheduled was in November, but she was sick, so it was rescheduled for Feb 4. There are a lot of us going, so we decided to rent a limo from the company that we are using for the wedding.

Honeymoon

We have finally decided where we are going to go for our honeymoon. MAUI!! We are so excited. We looked at several places to stay and have decided that the Kapalua Villas at the Ritz Carlton is the best. Here is a link to the video of where we are going to stay. I cant wait!!

Wedding Planning

Well wedding planning is going great. Thanks to my mom. I owe her a lot. She spends a lot of time on the phone making lots of arrangements. So this is what we have so far........

Our colors are Lapis and Silver. Lapis is a deep purple. You can see below on the bridesmaid dresses. The color in the picure is the color we are having.

Ceremony will be at St. Peter Church in St. Charles.

Reception is at Whitmoor Country Club

My dress: Sorry, no one gets to see but my mom and a few selected bridesmaids, but it has been bought (thanks Dad)and is in a safe place at Mom and Dad's.

Bridesmaids: Here is the dresses that all the girls will wear. The color is Lapis and that is what is shown in the picture. My matron of honor is my best friend Vicki, and my maids are Tammy (my friend), Laura (my sister in law), Patty (my friend) and Julie (my friend).

Flower Girl and Ring Bearer: Max (my nephew) and Madeline (my niece) will serve these rolls. We dont have Maddy's dress yet.

Flowers: Flowers are coming from Marry Me Flowers. All Gerbera Daisies. Something like this:

Limo: We have rented an Ice Hummer Limo for the wedding party and spouses to ride around in on the wedding day. Then, Matt and I have a limo to take us to the hotel after the reception. Its a secret where we are going.

Chesterfield Quartet will be providing the music at the church.

Cake is coming from Suzy G's in O'fallon.

Rehearsal Dinner is going to be at the Little Hills Winery.

We have a videographer set up.

Save The Date cards are going out this week.

Invitations have not been bought yet, but they are picked out.

Groomsmen: They are getting their tuxes from MW Tux. The Best Man is Matt's brother, and the groomsmen are Barry (friend), Matt (my brother), Bobby (friend), & Chris (friend)

So as you can see, plans are going well. I will keep everyone updated! I need a hairstyle. Email me pics of any ideas!!!

Finally the weekend! Went to see Gran Turino. It was pretty good. I didnt think that i was going to like it, but it was good. Took some new pics of the Ducati and Trudy. They hate cameras.
